Who We Are Many groups and individuals are interested in the effects of Base Realignment and Closure in our area. Prince William and Stafford counties have joined forces to create a committee specifically to address the effects of BRAC. The Committee meets regularly and maintains a staff of two. Many groups are brought into the discussions regarding BRAC, including the Military Department Investigative Agencies, the Quantico/Belvoir Regional Business Alliance, local schools and police departments, the Northern Virginia Community College, the Mason Enterprise Center, and many, many more.
